What the store is

Everything in the store is a free digital download priced at $0. Nothing is for sale. Items still pass through the Squarespace checkout because that is how the file is delivered and how we know where to send it — so you will be asked for your name, email and billing address, but you will not be asked for card details and no payment is taken.

After checkout you receive a secure download link by email, valid for 24 hours from the first download. If your link expires before you have saved the file, email us and we will send another.

If something goes wrong

Because nothing is paid for, there is no payment to refund. Your Australian Consumer Law guarantees still apply and are not excluded: if a file is faulty, corrupted, or materially not as described, contact us at tayloecapital@gmail.com and we will repair or replace it.
