Who we are

Tayloe Capital (“we”, “us”) is The Tayloe Investment Group Pty Ltd, and we operate tayloecapital.com.au. We publish free research guides on Australian investing and send an email newsletter. You can reach us at tayloecapital@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Newsletter — your email address, and nothing else.
• Guide downloads — the guides are free, but they are delivered through the Squarespace checkout, which creates an order. To complete it Squarespace collects your name, email address and billing address. No payment is taken and no card details are collected or stored, because every guide is $0.
• Analytics — basic page-view statistics collected by Squarespace’s built-in analytics.

How we use it

To send you the newsletter you signed up for (every email includes an unsubscribe link), and to deliver the guide you asked for. That is all. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use your details to advertise to you anywhere else.

Where it lives

Newsletter addresses are stored in Google Sheets and sent through Brevo. The site, the store and your order records run on Squarespace. These providers may store data on servers located outside Australia.

Your choices

Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. To access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email us and we will action it promptly.

The law

We handle personal information consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). If you have a complaint, contact us first; you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
